At Petlibro, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Securely pack the products in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
